Your role

You will be the contact for existing customers and you will support the developing new accounts. Key focus of your role will be on preparing and presenting competitive offers as well as identifying and keeping track of the progress on open topics. As a member of the Global Sales team you will have a key role to further develop sales and to drive our future growth. Focus markets for you are the electric bus fleet operator authorities and OEM’s. You are responsible for successful tender work in your market and you will report to the Business Development Manager DACH.

Your tasks

Tenders & Projects

  • Working closely together with the Tender Management team for optimal result of tenders and negotiations
  • Guaranteeing the quality and accuracy of tender documentation together with the tender managers
  • Supporting the Marketing & Sales organization in reaching its goals
  • Supporting a smooth transfer of projects from Sales to Development & Project Management
  • Providing feedback and market insights for R&D and Product Planning departments

Sales and Business Development:

  • Strengthening our relationships with existing customers / accounts – being their reliable partner.
  • Identifying customers’ needs and translating them into internal tasks / actions.
  • Challenging our organization on the status quo; actively contributing to continuous improvement of our processes and market position.

  • a salary of appr. EUR 45.000,- gross per year (including holiday allowance and dependent on your experience and competencies);

This is you

You have good networking and communication skills. You are self-motivated and have excellent Sales-sense. You are staying ahead of various topics at the same time. You support your customers; you are their consultant and extended arm into our organization. You are loyal to the company you work for, colleagues can depend on you and you cannot wait to help Heliox with making transport more and more sustainable. You live in Germany (ideally in the western region).

Diploma’s and experience:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in:
    • Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or Sales – with good technical understanding,    ór
    • in a technical field - related to our products with good commercial skills.
  • Proven Sales/Business Development experience (3+ yrs) in the automotive/energy/public transport or related industry.
  • Ideally experience in working on public tenders or (electric) vehicle industry in Europe.
  • You master the English and German language (speaking and writing), mastering some French is a big plus.
