Our Charger Care Service is a service solution that guarantees optimum availability of your Heliox charging infrastructure. It is based on a Service Level Agreement (SLA) including pro-active service and maintenance.

Although our smart chargers solve most problems themselves, you need to be sure that help is available at short notice on the rare occasion that they can’t.

Under the Charger Care solution, each Heliox charger has a 24/7 remote monitoring connection. When a problem is detected that needs intervention, remote trouble-shooting is started automatically and our service team gets to work to solve the problem. Your case will be dealt with by Heliox engineers or by your local Charge Point Operator.

You will receive notification whenever maintenance is required.

We regularly update our monitoring system to keep providing optimum service.
